REGISTRATION

 

All participants on the conference program for the 2010 meeting are required to be current members of NASSR. To join the organization (or renew your membership) please follow this link to the NASSR applications page.

Early Fee (before and including June 30, 2010)

Note: The slight increase in the cost of registration includes a 10% processing fee and a credit card payment fee. If you have any questions or concerns about this please email us at NASSR.2010@ubc.ca.

Field Trip
Transportation & Entrance to UBC Museum of Anthropology:       $10.00
*(must be purchased 10 days before start of conference)

Banquet Ticket
August 21, 2010:  $65.00
  *(must be purchased 10 days before start of conference)

 

How to Register

On-Line
Complete the On-Line Form. You will be given the option of paying for your registration fees on-line via a secure server.

All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.

By Mail or Fax
Complete the On-Line Form and mail with your bank draft (payable in Canadian funds) to Simon Fraser University to the address provided below. Forms can also be faxed and bank drafts mailed separately. Please note that if you are paying the early fee by bank draft, the funds must be received before August 1, 2010.

Note: Faxed or mailed registrations will not be processed until payment is received.

Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds, less a $30 CAD administration fee will be granted to cancellations received by August 1, 2010. Full refunds for banquet prior to close of the last day of purchase (August 8, 2010).  No refunds will be issued after that date. Refunds will be mailed after the conference and will not be given to no-shows.

Confirmation of your registration
If you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation via our server.

Receipts
If you pay on-line, please print out your receipt as this will be the original copy. If you pay by Canadian cheque or bank draft, your receipt will be mailed to the address shown on your completed registration form.
